Safeline is PHYGITALL's workplace safety solution: connected worker technology for maximum protection. It combines a platform, an app, and the Smartbadge digital PPE to give the plant operational visibility, with instant alerts, an emergency button, and auditable evidence. The solution complies with Brazil's NR safety standards (NRs) and the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) and also covers hazardous (classified) areas.

What infrastructure does Safeline require at the plant?
The foundation is PHYGITALL's private LoRaWAN network, installed with Connect gateways. It reaches the entire plant, even where cell signal doesn't, and the coverage is planned together with your team.
Does Safeline work in hazardous areas?
Yes. The Hub level of the journey includes the Smartbadge with Ex certification, developed for explosive atmospheres and approved by INMETRO (Brazil's certification body) and ANATEL (Brazil's telecom regulator). It was Brazil's first connected worker device with this certification.
What about worker privacy?
The Smartbadge does not record audio or video. The data is used to protect people in the field and to respond to emergencies, and it is processed in compliance with the LGPD.
Does Safeline help with NR compliance?
Yes. Digital incident records, auditable evidence, and digital OHS processes give management the documentation the NRs require, organized and easy to access.
How long does a typical deployment take?
It depends on the size of the plant, the headcount, and the journey level you choose. Because the levels are cumulative, you start with Presence and move up in stages as your operation matures.
