Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PHYGITALL processes the personal data collected on this website, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who is the data controller
PHYGITALL, headquartered at Rua Equador, 43, 15th Floor, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. For privacy matters, contact us at atendimento@phygitall.com.
2. What data we collect
Through our forms, with your consent: your name, email address, and phone number. The contact form also collects your company, job title, industry, and any message you write. Each form submission includes the source of your visit (campaign parameters, such as UTM tags, and ad click identifiers). As you browse, and only if you accept cookies: website usage data and device identifiers.
3. How we use your data
To respond to your contact request and manage our business relationship with you regarding PHYGITALL's solutions; if you specifically opt in, to send you content and updates by email; and to measure the performance of the website and our campaigns (aggregate visit and conversion analytics).
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, which we collect clearly and separately through the consent checkbox on the form (for the data you submit) and the cookie notice (for browsing data). You can withdraw either one at any time.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep the data for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or until you ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention obligations.
8. Your rights
The LGPD guarantees you these rights: confirmation of whether we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about data sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of them, email atendimento@phygitall.com. You can also file a petition with the ANPD (Brazil's data protection authority).
9. Security
We take technical and organizational measures to protect the data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access control for our tools, and protected credentials.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or in the law. The current version is always available here, with the date of the latest update at the top.
